Having always in mind the well-being of pets, each Top Dog product combines a variety of active, plant origin ingredients and essential oils, that give it unique characteristics and offer amazing results, covering the individual needs of each pet. Aloe Vera has a dominant presence in our products, due to its great advantage of high skin hydration asit contains anti-inflammatory substances such as polysaccharides, c-glucosyl chromone, minerals, and regenerative agents that help create new skin.

Another extremely beneficial oil contained in our products is Olive Oil, which has antioxidant and nutritional values. Polyphenols, carotenoids, and tocopherol (vitamin E) are powerful antioxidants, while olive oil is one of the most important plant sources of squalene, which mimics the natural function of skin lipids, forming a protective film thus effectively strengthening the skin's "shield" which protects against irritations, as well as retains moisture and nutrients. In addition, its content of monounsaturated fatty acids, linoleic, linolenic, and monounsaturates enhances hydration and radiance.
Argan Oil - "the liquid gold of Morocco" - is contained in the specialized shampoos Keratin Complex and Green Clay, but also in supplementary beauty and care products such as Secret Oil and Bright Shine. It is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and gives unique shine and elasticity to the hair without weighing it down. It has a protective effect and reduces the damage to the hair protein system, which makes it one of the most valuable oils in the care of the coat.
Calendula Oil helps speed up the healing process and prevents the formation of secondary infections as it is rich in antioxidants, triterpenes, and flavonoids. We have selected and included calendula oil in Fruit Mix Shampoo and Green Clay Shampoo, in the ointment Wound Relief  and in the Top Dog Conditioner.
Evening Primrose Oil is rich in the skin-soothing fatty acid gamma-linolenic and helps in specific skin conditions such as atopic dermatitis.  It has anti-itching properties while tightening the skin's outer layer which is the skin's protective wall. This oil is contained in Colour Plus & Whitening shampoos, Conditioner, Green Clay mask, Secret Oil, and Wild Poppy perfume.
Jojoba Oil comes from a desert shrub known as "desert's gold", offers a unique level of hydration and greatly intensifies the hydrolipid film, a layer of oils that are a mechanism of self-protection of the skin. It is suitable for the proper regulation of the sebum and is also beneficial for aged or prone to atopic conditions skin.
Finally, Ceramides that accurately mimic the binder between skin cells, play an important role in hair elasticity, wear-resistance, and skin regeneration in very dry or atopic skin. They have a very high ability to retain moisture, which helps in the regeneration of new cells, as well as in the maintenance of the skin and hair between groomings. Ceramides are contained in Green Clay Shampoo, Green Clay Mask, and Top Dog Conditioner.
