WHITE

Introducing Whitening.

Whitening Shampoo is a specialized product designed for use on pets with white coats. Its distinguished feature is the use of Blue Dye, which effectively removes unwanted pigmentation from white coats. Without containing hydrogen peroxide or bleaching agents, it provides a dazzling white that remains consistent for days. Its function is based on the application of a specific violet colour palette to yellow pigments and the product's ability to penetrate slightly into the hair and neutralize unwanted discolourations. It has a fortified formula that includes 40% Active Aloe, Olive Oil, TiO2, and a rich mixture of Silicones that are directly adsorbed by the hair and increase the overall shine and brightness of the coat. At the same time, it contains Primrose oil, which is known for its beneficial effect on eczema and for providing deep moisturization to the skin.

NATURAL INGREDIENTS:

Ultrapure WaterUltrapure Water

Water processing plays a crucial role in the production of grooming and cosmetic products. We ensure that the water we use meets the highest pharmaceutical industry standards. We put it through a thorough filtration process to remove harmful chemicals like toxic organic substances, chlorine, heavy metals, dirt, and other impurities. Ultrapure water not only boosts the effectiveness of our products allowing them to be effective using minimum quantity, but also allows our shampoos to clean even in areas with hard water. This means you'll use less product, save money, and enjoy a smoother, longer-lasting experience."

Olive OilOlive Oil

Olive oil is composed of over 85% unsaturated fatty acids, including oleic acid (Ω9), palmitoleic acid (Ω7), linoleic acid (Ω3), and α-Linolenic acid. It also contains valuable components like polyphenols, tocopherols (Vitamin E), carotenes (with antioxidant properties for skin protection), sterols (known for reducing cholesterol), and B-carotene (Vitamin A, essential for vision and with antioxidant properties). Additionally, it contains squalene and other beneficial compounds. This rich composition of olive oil provides numerous benefits for both the skin and coat, as outlined in detail in our article, https://tinyurl.com/topdogoliveoil

Aloe VeraAloe Vera

Aloe Vera is a prominent ingredient in our products and has the excellent benefit of deeply hydrating the skin since it includes minerals, c-glucosyl chromone, polysaccharides, and other anti-inflammatory chemicals, as well as regenerative components that aid in the regeneration of new skin. Aloe vera has a potent penetration into the skin that allows it to deeply nourish, heal, and soothe the skin while also greatly reducing inflammation and itching. It enhances skin suppleness and promotes cell regeneration with its anti-inflammatory and anti-aging properties. Its healthy components, which include vitamins, minerals, and trace elements, actively promote hair development and preserve a pH balance.

Vitamin E Vitamin E

The vitamin E or tocopherol used in the products is a 100% naturally derived mixture of at least 70% tocopherols incorporated in vegetable oil. It protects both the skin cells and the oils contained in the products from oxidative stress, increasing the moisturizing and nourishing action they can offer. It is a COSMOS approved ingredient. It works synergistically with vitamin C and greatly increases the antioxidant protection of the products over a longer period of time.

Bentonite Bentonite

Bentonite is a remarkable natural mineral, extracted from volcanic ash, known for its beige color. It contains a significant blend of elements, including silicon, aluminum, sodium, magnesium, calcium, iron oxide, and potassium. This unique ingredient boasts high expertise because it serves as a gelling agent and stabilizer, lending a luxurious, silky feel to our products, while also enhancing their structure and density. Its clay-like properties make it an effective detoxifier, acting like a sponge to draw away dead cells and allergens from your pet's body.

Primrose OilPrimrose Oil

Primrose oil, abundant in gamma-linolenic fatty acid, provides relief to the skin and offers support for specific skin conditions like atopic dermatitis. It alleviates itching and fortifies the epidermal barrier, the skin's protective defense.

Use of Shampoos

Professional Whitening Shampoo is suitable for dogs, cats and horses.

Dilution

The product is highly concentrated (20:1) and should be diluted prior to application according to the dilution table below. When grooming cats, remember to use double dilution, i.e. 40 parts water to 1 part Cookies shampoo. If not used within 24 hours, diluted products should be discarded. The reason is that diluted products cannot be preserved, and microbial growth begins as soon as they are diluted with tap water.

Grooming Guidelines for Highlighting White Color

This application protocol is ideal for removing discoloration and bringing out the white color in pets with white coats. It is recommended when we want to achieve sparkling white and is the most dependable tool for the professional pet groomer who wants to provide a standout service. Ideal for competitions with a guaranteed eye-catching outcome!

First lather

A general protocol for using products for pets without increased dermatological needs in which we want to highlight the white coat, is to do the first coat of bathing with Top Dog Deep Cleaning Shampoo or Keratin Complex at a dilution of 20:1 (water: product). The correct dilution ratio is one pump of Top Dog (25ml) shampoo in approx. 500ml of warm water or 2 pumps of (50ml) in 1lt of warm water. Shake well to incorporate the shampoo with the water and lightly massage the entire coat to distribute the product. If the pet has long coat, you can gently help the knots open. Rinse off.

Main wash

Proceed with Whitening, which collaborates with the Keratin Complex Shampoo. Dilute the shampoo according to its instructions, gently massage the product into the coat, allow the whitening agents to act for a few minutes, and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.

Finalizing Bath

We highly recommend using Top Dog Conditioner, Repair Leave- In or Green Clay Mask, after bathing for an easier and painless brushing, long-lasting duration of freshness after grooming, a soft and fluffy coat, and most importantly moisturised skin and skin barrier strengthening.

Finalizing Grooming

Make sure to thoroughly dry the coat after the bath. For dazzling results,  u se Bright Shine for shine and the ophthalmologically tested No More Stains product to thoroughly clean the pet's face, eyes, and paws in case of solid secretions or stains. You can help to loosen the knots painlessly with the Miracle Detangler, and you can care for his ears and skin in general with the Ear & Skin Care 3in1.

General Grooming Instructions
A general protocol for using our products on pets without particular dermatological needs or specialized grooming requirements, is to begin the bathing process with Top Dog Deep Cleaning Shampoo or Groom Pro Degreasing Shampoo for more soiled or ungroomed pets, followed by one of the Top Dog 2 in 1 shampoos or a Top Dog special use shampoo, depending on the type of coat and the desired grooming result.

Application| Savings

Suggestion 1

We recommend using a sponge for better product distribution on the coat and more efficient savings as when the diluted shampoo is directly applied to a completely wet dog, a significant amount of the product ends up in the bathtub rather than on the coat. (NOTE: The sponge must always be disinfected before being used on each pet)

Tip: Use a small basin and dip the sponge into the diluted shampoo. By using the sponge, you trap air in the shampoo and create instant foam, which helps the shampoo distribute evenly on the coat while it is also more cost efficient.

Suggestion 2.
Alternatively, you can use the diluted shampoo on a slightly damp coat to evenly distribute the shampoo and create a rich lather. A slightly wet coat (quick initial wetting of the coat with a little tap water) followed by fully wetting the coat with the diluted shampoo will help keep the product more attached to the coat, resulting in increased lather and, of course, better savings.
