Ultrapure WaterUltrapure Water

Water processing plays a crucial role in the production of grooming and cosmetic products. We ensure that the water we use meets the highest pharmaceutical industry standards. We put it through a thorough filtration process to remove harmful chemicals like toxic organic substances, chlorine, heavy metals, dirt, and other impurities. Ultrapure water not only boosts the effectiveness of our products allowing them to be effective using minimum quantity, but also allows our shampoos to clean even in areas with hard water. This means you'll use less product, save money, and enjoy a smoother, longer-lasting experience."

Olive OilOlive Oil

Olive oil is composed of over 85% unsaturated fatty acids, including oleic acid (Ω9), palmitoleic acid (Ω7), linoleic acid (Ω3), and α-Linolenic acid. It also contains valuable components like polyphenols, tocopherols (Vitamin E), carotenes (with antioxidant properties for skin protection), sterols (known for reducing cholesterol), and B-carotene (Vitamin A, essential for vision and with antioxidant properties). Additionally, it contains squalene and other beneficial compounds. This rich composition of olive oil provides numerous benefits for both the skin and coat, as outlined in detail in our article,

Vitamin E Vitamin E

The vitamin E or tocopherol used in the products is a 100% naturally derived mixture of at least 70% tocopherols incorporated in vegetable oil. It protects both the skin cells and the oils contained in the products from oxidative stress, increasing the moisturizing and nourishing action they can offer. It is a COSMOS approved ingredient. It works synergistically with vitamin C and greatly increases the antioxidant protection of the products over a longer period of time.

Plant keratinPlant keratin

Plant Keratin is a cutting-edge substance created by breaking down wheat, soy, and corn proteins into smaller amino acids and peptides. This transformation enables rapid repair, hydration, and increased elasticity for your pet's skin and coat. Thanks to its remarkable water solubility and natural moisturizing properties, it effectively retains skin moisture, significantly reduces irritation, and rejuvenates the hair. The result is a shinier, healthier coat with reduced frizz."

Plant-derived Glycerin or Pharmaceutical-grade Glycerol is a multifaceted hygroscopic polyalcohol that offers exceptional hydration by acting like a magnet to draw moisture onto the surface of the pet skin and hair. It possesses outstanding emollient properties, aiding in the optimal distribution of the active ingredients in our products onto both the hair and skin. Lastly, glycerin is used for dissolving important components, fragrances, and extracts while also possessing antimicrobial properties, enhancing the preservation of our products over time.

Tips for

Miracle Detangler is suitable for dogs, cats and horses.

*Application on a wet coat. For demanding knots/matted clumps:

Apply preferably after the first wash, because when the coat is wet the knots are more obvious (like lumps). After rinsing out the first wash, spray with Miracle Detangler directly on all the knots of the coat and, if necessary, loosen them up carefully by hand so that the product can penetrate more deeply. Wash for the second time and repeat, spraying into the loosened knots. Rinse the shampoo and apply conditioner or mask, leaving it to act for a few minutes. Rinse the conditioner (unless you have used Top Dod Repair Leave-In Mask which does not require rinsing). After towel-drying following the direction of the fur, re-apply the Miracle Detangler on the knots that have now significantly reduced in size, blow high-speed lukewarm air using a hair dryer (medium temperature) on each knot and brush carefully. You will be impressed to see the knots gradually assembly on the brush, freeing the coat.

Application on dry coat.

Directly spray on the brush as well as on the knots on a dry coat and comb gently until the knots loosen up.

Application for daily brushing

Dilute a small amount of product up to 5 times in a new container and spray (in very silky or cotton-like coats) for daily brushing. Caution! The diluted product has a shelf life of 24 hours.

On our blog, you can find detailed useful tips on grooming and many other pet hygiene issues, such as dog bathing at home, puppy bathing tips, mistakes to avoid and much more.

Below you can find some quick tips we should all follow when grooming our pets at home.

Training: We make sure to create as calm an atmosphere as possible, and with training and positive encouragement, we try to make bathing a pleasant or at least tolerable experience for our pet.

How often do I wash my dog? For most dogs, 1 to 2 times a month is enough. For dogs with a more oily coat or a strong odour, you may need to adjust the frequency and type of shampoo you use. For dogs with skin problems, hair loss or other particular coat needs, consult your veterinarian. Avoid bathing when an antiparasitic preparation has been applied to the coat (ampoule).

Water temperature: Lukewarm water is ideal. Not too hot or too cold. Check the temperature on your elbow or the top of your hand (not the palm) so that it feels pleasantly warm but not too warm.

Be careful not to get water into the ears and do not clean the inside of the ears with water.

Rinse your pet thoroughly and do not leave any shampoo residue. Ideally, after the bath, we apply a conditioner or mask to moisturise the skin and strengthen the skin barrier.

Drying: Remove as much moisture as possible with a towel and then dry completely with a hair dryer. Do not use the high temperature setting and do not keep the hair dryer too close to the dog's coat.

Daily hygiene: Try Top Dog Dry Cleaning shampoo and effectively clean the stains and dirt locally on your pet's paws, coat and sanitary area.
